What people are saying about working with Courtney:
My experience and time with Courtney has been life-changing. My time mentoring with her and now teaching with her has been invaluable. When I went to 200-hour yoga teacher training, I wasn't sure if I would teach. I mainly wanted to deepen my knowledge and my practice. But with Courtney's encouragement and support, I unlocked my passion for teaching yoga. I continued in my journey with her through my 300-hour training in Holistic Yoga Practices. All along the way, Courtney has generously shared countless teaching, training, workshop and retreat opportunities with me. Many of my most rewarding teaching experiences have come to me through my connection to Balance Yoga and Wellness. It isn't just a yoga school -- it's a yoga family.
"I immediately felt comfortable with Courtney and trusted her expertise. She helped clarify what I suspected to be true and brought new ideas to light for my studio. It was reassuring knowing I could go to her with any questions or just to brainstorm ideas. Having a highly experienced, ethical person to turn to made my first few months in business so much stronger because I knew I was on the right track." Kerri L. "I am a brand new yoga studio owner. I have just made the exhilarating and frightening move from private contractor and traveling yoga teacher to the owner of my very own yoga studio. I had no idea how to go about this. Then good fortune smiled on me when I met Courtney Butler when I was searching for a teacher training program to host. Courtney became much more than that. She has given me a great deal of advise as I sort through all the gnarly problems of setting up, running, and marketing a new business. They didn't teach any of that in my CYT-200 program. I learned all the poses but nothing about how to run and actually survive as a business owner. Courtney has helped me to fill in all those missing areas of knowledge that have kept me back from feeling confident and this has helped me to set up a viable business. I would heartily recommend her as the ideal yoga business consultant. She has many years of experience and education behind her. Whatever you are going through, Courtney has been there and gotten through it. She will help you to get through it as well."
